Reservations
Please make reservations 2-3 days ahead of time. Groups of 2 or more should make reservations a week in advance to ensure desired appointment times.
Cancellation
Because we reserve time especially for you, we would appreciate a courtesy call 48 hours prior to your scheduled service for any cancellations or rescheduling, or a 20% cancellation charge will apply.
Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your service, we may have to reduce the treatment time in order to finish on time for the next guest or re-schedule your appointment. In order to enhance your spa experience, please silence your pagers and cell phones before entering the spa area.
No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for an appointment may obtain charges not to exceed the full price of the scheduled service.
Gratuities
The price of your treatment does not include gratuity. If your experience was a positive one (and please let us know if it wasn’t), it is customary to tip your Service Provider.
Massage and Facials
For first time facial or massage services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out a consultation card.
Complementary Beverages
We offer juice and soft drinks to all our customers. We also offer one glass of wine to adults, except for those receiving a massage or facial. (It is our understanding that alcohol interferes with the health benefits of the massage.) For liability reasons we cannot offer more than one glass of wine.
Children
Your child’s safety is our utmost concern. Our salon contains chemicals and equipment that can be dangerous to small children. For their protection, all children must be under adult supervision while in the salon.
